Tony Thomas was born in New York City. His Parents from an early age engaged him in sports such as soccer, basketball, and track. It was at that point in time that he embraced sports and naturally maintained an active lifestyle as a youth which has continued through his entire life. 

 

Tony is a founding partner of Beat The Gym,  a fitness platform which allows participants to geo-target community fitness classes at area parks and public recreation facilities.  He is also the co-host of #DefinitelyMiami, the flagship show on DMTV streaming network.  He has built a successful fitness following throughout the Miami are by his engaging social media platforms and being consistently present with his outdoor workouts.
